Please read our terms and conditions:

We guarantee the equipment we hire and sell will be provided in good order. We expect the hire goods returned to us will also be in good order or you may lose some or all of your bond.

We require that the Hire Agreement Form be filled out and submitted as a condition of rental.

All transactions are governed by the laws in New Zealand. The relevant laws are the Sale of Goods Act, Fair Trading Act, Consumer Guarantees Act and Commerce Act. Details about these are available at the New Zealand Government website.

WARNING! Climbing and mountaineering activities are inherently dangerous and carry the risk of personal injury and death. Venture Gear New Zealand recommends that you learn the correct climbing techniques and intended use of each piece of equipment offered on this site, including their limitations.
